According to Guaman Poma the first lady (Chinchaysuyu) named Puma Wallka was a gallant and very beautiful woman of Yaro ethnicity (a culture from the central Peruvian Andes), and his grandmother.
The second lady (Antisuyu), Mallquima, was extremely beautiful like all principal ladies from the Antisuyu region, however, she's portrayed in the clothes of the typical unsubdued barbarian (they thrived during pre- and post-colonial times), instead of the characteristic long robes of the Anti peoples subjected to the Inca Empire, he claims they were very light-skinned and in another chapter he says Antis had the prettiest faces.
Guaman Poma descriptions of their beautifulness goes in accordance with what is known about the Anti women, they were very famous for their beauty in the Inca Empire, one of the most important if not the most important Akllawasi (where Incas trained girls to be nobles' wives) in the empire was located in the Antisuyu region.
The thrid lady (Collasuyu), Umi Tallama, she is the only one he describes as ugly and fat, acording to him like all the people from the Colla (a major Altiplano ethnicty)
The fourth lady (Kuntisuyu), Timtama, was very beautiful (the drawing seems off though, Guaman Poma can't draw for shit) and was valorous because of her fitness.
