Sweden ca$hoverride Malmoe, Skane lan  No.3089783

why is it asking for €189.48

Albania the albanian burger flipper Tirana, Tirane  No.3089784

>>3089783
yeah, I think so
I was exploring the payment options two months ago and apparently it creates an invoice automatically when you click on the 'buy flokinet store credit' option

I'll have a look at it now and see what I can do

Sweden ca$hoverride Malmoe, Skane lan  No.3089785

wtf doesn't make sense
#77874, #77875 and #77877 were "due" for december 2021 and shouldn't be there
the only legit one is #80400

Sweden ca$hoverride Malmoe, Skane lan  No.3089786

>>3089784
if you pay #80400, it should bring the site back
i can message them and ask the cancel the 3 others
did you lose any money or is it ok

Netherlands the dutch cal Bodegraven, Zuid-Holland  No.3089787 +1

>>3089786
yeah, i figured the same
i paid the last invoice and the site is back online now

you don't have to bother messaging them for the three other invoices. if they remain outstanding, it won't affect the site's availability and/or my finances

Sweden ca$hoverride Malmoe, Skane lan  No.3089788

>>3089787
ok cool
i was thinking the available balance could get automatically deducted to pay for those invoices that's why i'd prefer cancelling them

Netherlands the dutch janitor Bodegraven, Zuid-Holland  No.3089789 +1

>>3089788
no
by buying 'credits' / 'funds' (which is what created the invoices), you top up the account balance (from which regular invoices for hosting can be deducted automatically) – that's the only way to do so. the 'due' invoice just disappears when you pay for it and turns into store credit, which probably can't be used for paying for more store credit as that would create some sort of vicious cycle

anyway they charge significantly higher processing fees for adding store credit, so i just prefer to pay each invoice individually as the fees are lower that way

tl;dr don't worry about it
